How long will my goods take to be delivered?
For retail customers: the delivery time is between 3-5 working days. If you have an urgent delivery please call 02022289955.
For trade customers: the lead time is generally one week.
Please note if items are out of stock, your order may be held back.
If you would like your order to be delivered on a specified day contact ian.rhodes@susiewatsondesigns.co.uk or call 01213132740 please have your order reference .
Please note we cannot specify a particular delivery time.
What are the delivery charges?
Mainland United Kingdom excluding the Scottish Highlands (Ireland, N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and any off shore islands are not included in the UK Mainland.)
Retail: £4.99 (UK mainland only)
Trade: £10 (£15 if manual entry required) unless order reaches the specified carriage paid amount
Trade including fabric: £15
Europe & Worldwide
This varies depending on which country and the size of the order.

Please note that customers outside the united kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
All parcels must be signed for on delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?

How can I see what I have ordered in the past?
Log in to your account and go to the ‘my account’ page then click on ‘see orders’ under the ‘orders’ heading.
How can I find out what my password is if I’ve forgotten it?
When you go to log in there is a link saying ‘click here if you’ve forgotten your password’ click on this and it will give you your hint that you set specified when you set up your account.
If this does not remind you then you can click on a link to be emailed instructions of how to find it out
Is your pottery microwavable and dishwasher safe?
Yes - it is fired at an extremely high temperature so is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
Can your products be put in the oven or freezer?
Except for our specified cookware (serving & lasagne dishes) our tableware is not ovenproof or suitable for the freezer. These extreme temperatures will damage your pottery.
What size tablecloth do I need for my table?
We advise that:
small (180cm x 130cm / 71" x 51") is suitable for a 4-6 seat rectangular table
medium (220cm x 140cm / 68.5" x 55") is suitable 6-8 seat rectangular table
square (180cm x 180cm / 71" x 71") is suitable for 4-6 seat square table
large (250cm x 180cm / 98.58" x 71") is suitable 8-10 seat rectangular table
extra large (300cm x 180cm / 118" x 71") is suitable 10-12 seat rectangular table
Do you offer a wedding/gift list service?
Yes we offer a fantastic service with all of our products available.
