Returns
At Susie Watson Designs we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we know you may want to return items.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately.
Please note that the postage and packing charge is non-refundable and we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
We do not offer a 'sale or return' policy to our trade customers.
Returning faulty items:
Any damages to your order must be notified to us within 72 hours of receipt via email or writing.
If you are returning a faulty item we will deal with your enquiry on a case by case basis. We will of course endeavour to replace the item, however if we no longer stock the item we will either find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund.
