1. Description of Goods
- Please note all sizes given on this website are approximate.
- All pottery is decorated by hand, and is dishwasher and microwave safe.
- All textiles are hand embroidered and the 100% cotton is hand woven.
- Lucyart cards and prints are all hand-finished.

2. Pricing Information
- We make a charge for packing and packaging.
- Goods sent by Post or Carrier, are charged at cost, at the time of posting.
- We will advise you of the total cost including postage and packing.

3. Ordering Procedure
-All orders are dealt with on an individual basis.
- We are unable to supply any goods on a sale or return basis.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Solo and Switch/Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, standard mail or over the Internet.

4. Credit Card Security
We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. The Golden Lock that can be seen at the bottom right hand corner of the secure order form is an indication of the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) Protection system that we use and which is the industry standard. 5. Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the value of your order. You will be informed during the checkout process of the shipping charge, unless we are unable to automatically calculate it (in the case of large quantities). If this happens we will inform you of the cost via e-mail and await your approval before we proceed with the order. We reserve the right to update any shipping charges, although you will be asked to confirm via email if any changes occur, before you are billed. 6. Complaints Procedure
Please note, any damages to your order must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt, via email, telephone or in writing
Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately. Please note that the postage and packing charge is non-refundable and we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders. This doesn't effect your statutory rights.

7. Cancellation
- We allow seven (7) days in which you may review your order with us.
- Any cancellation of an order must be put in writing.

8.Contract
- When buying through the website via e-mail, the contract entered into is legally binding.

9.Data Protection Statement
- The information that you voluntarily give us, is only used by Susie Watson Designs Limited, and not passed on to any third party.

10. Privacy Policy
- We collect and retain the details you supply to us.
- We do not sell your information to others.
- If required by the Law of the United Kingdom, we will disclose the information you have voluntarily supplied.

11. Your Statutory Rights
- Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions.
