Click & Collect
We want you to be able to order online without the inconvenience of waiting in for the post man, or finding the 'Sorry You Were Out' card on your doormat.
That is why you now have the option to collect your online order in the store of your choice. Better still, it's absolutely free!
How do I Click & Collect?
Simply select Collect In Store from the delivery options at checkout. You will then be able to select the most convenient store location to collect from.
When can I collect my order from the store?
As a small business we only make deliveries to stores weekly. To ensure your order is sent in the next scheduled delivery please refer to the table below:

If you miss the cut-off day/time, you should assume your order will be included in the following weekly delivery.
Please ensure you collect your order within 5 days of being notified that the order has been dispatched. After this your order will be returned to our warehouse. If you are unsure about collecting your order, please contact the shop directly.
Are all items available for click and collect?
Furniture items may need to be arranged on an individual basis and may incur a charge. Our fulfillment team will get in touch to arrange this once you have placed your order.
Can I return Click & Collect items?
Items purchased online and collected in store can be returned, but unfortunately not in store due to limited storage space.
They would need to be returned to our warehouse. Read more about our Returns policy.
