Susie Watson Designs is a unique and fast-growing small company. All our products are designed in house and we work closely with the artisans who make them for us. We design beautiful handmade products for the home with a stunning range of fabrics, furniture, wallpapers, paints, pottery and accessories. We currently have nine beautiful retail showrooms from Harrogate down to Salcombe.

Store Manager – Chichester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager based at our Chichester Store.

Overview
Our Managers are inspirational leaders with a passion for our products and brand values. They support their team to deliver retail excellence, achieve sales and drive a 'customer first' attitude.

Hours
- Full-time including Saturdays on a rota basis. (Sundays during peak season)

Essential skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales and targets
- Ambition and passion to provide our customers with the very highest standard of service at all times
- Implement commercial changes to optimise the profitability of the company whilst maintaining the visual integrity of the merchandise
- Demonstrate charisma and dynamic leadership expertise, whilst displaying a broad application of knowledge
- Experience or a good appreciation of Interior Design
- IT literate

Desirable skills
- Management experience with a high-end retailer

Showroom Sales Assistant (Part Time) – Alresford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Sales Assistant based at our Alresford Showroom.

Hours
- Flexible. 3 days per week including alternate Saturdays. (Sundays during peak season)

Essential skills
- Sales focused with a natural desire to provide excellent customer service
- Have an appreciation of colour and design, with a working knowledge and understanding of fabrics and trimmings
- Be flexible and reliable with the ability to work as part of a small team and support colleagues as and when required
- Highly organised
- IT literate
