Marketing by other companies

We may from time to time, make our postal mailing list available to trusted retail partners whose products and services may be of interest to you. We work alongside Epsilon Abacus, Experian, and iBehaviour who work on behalf of UK retailers. The participating retailers are active in the clothing, collectables, food & wine, gardening, gadgets & entertainment, health & beauty, household goods, and home interiors categories. They share information on what customers buy. Epsilon Abacus, Experian, and iBehaviour analyse this pooled information to help retailers understand consumer’s wider buying patterns. From this information, retailers can tailor their communications, sending you suitable offers that should be of interest, based on what you like to buy

For more information on how your data is analysed and how communication is tailored to you, please watch this short informative film provided by our partner Epsilon Abacus.

We will only sign you up to 3rd party if you agree for us to do so. At online check out or when you are creating an account, we will give you the option to opt-out of 3rd party. We will always confirm by email when this has been completed.

Please note: mailing lists are compiled well in advance so depending on the time of request, you may still receive one further catalogue before they cease.

The transfer will take place in the presence of appropriate safeguards, including standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission. How long do we keep your data?

As a retailer in the interiors industry, we are fortunate to have loyal customers who continue to purchase from us over many years. The nature of interiors products, including fabric and furniture is that the repeat buying cycle can be a long one and at this point in time we evidence that customers who haven’t bought for many years are likely to repeat purchase. For this reason we will retain customer data for 10 years. This retention period will be reviewed annually to ensure we are serving our customers in the best possible manner.
