Interior Design Advisor - Part Time
We are looking for a Part Time Interior Design Advisor to join our Tunbridge Wells team. The successful candidate will support the Interior Designer in store, selling our interior design products and services, offering advice and inspiration to help our customers create the perfect look. In addition you will be required to calculate quotes and manage the ordering process through to completion. The Interior Designers are at the forefront of our Design Service, providing professional and inspiring designs that are tailored to meet each customer's individual tastes and requirements.
Sales focused with a natural desire to provide excellent customer service
Strong numerical and administrative skills
An appreciation of colour & design, with a proven working knowledge and understanding of fabrics & trimmings
Practical experience in either curtain making, upholstery or general soft furnishings
Knowledge and understanding of measuring for window treatments as the role may require site visits to client's homes to measure and advise
Flexible and reliable with the ability to work as part of a small team and support colleagues as and when required
Good communication skills
Driving license essential.
Part time, flexible hours available, minimum 3 days per week.

Web & Digital Content Editor.
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded digital and web content editor with a passion for interior design and a good eye for styling and visual merchandising. The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Ramsbury, Wiltshire and be used to managing and creating accurate, brand-aligned content in a fast paced environment and will be capable of working autonomously within our small, friendly team.
Key Duties will include:
Review and update CMS to maintain brand aligned, up-to-date, accurate content and imagery (Magento platform). Create web campaigns and promotions based on marketing activity planner.
Regular product uploading/editing/inventory checks.
Arrange product photography shoots and assist on those.
Visual Merchandising will be a critical element of this role.
Email Marketing & Customer Retention.
Generate email marketing campaigns (Adestra) in line with calendar. Report on basic KPIs.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience Experience required:
At least two year’s relevant experience in e-commerce including web content management and digital marketing will benefit this role.
Previous experience in interior design, luxury homewares or fashion is essential.
An understanding of styling/visual experience is critical.
Experience in email marketing and an understanding of SEO and SEM is important.
Experience with Google Analytics or any other analytics reporting tools and proficiency in excel and MS office is preferred.
A basic understanding and working knowledge of HTML, CSS. Experience working with content management systems and confident uploading content on to CMS.
This is a full time role which requires a highly organised individual with a flawless attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
