We have put together a list of frequently asked questions and their answers below. Hopefully you will find the answer to any questions here, but if not, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] or call Customer Services on 0344 980 8185 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).


When will I receive my order?

Please visit our delivery and returns page for information on shipping costs, delivery times and our returns address. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product. You will receive a tracking link from the courier once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


Can I track my order?

You can view the status of your order from the My Account page by clicking ‘My Orders’.

Pending or Processing – your order has been accepted and our fulfillment team will be sending it out asap.

Complete – your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking link from our courier once it has been scanned at their depot.*

*Please note only standard delivery orders will receive this. Small items sent using Royal Mail (samples, cards) will not receive a tracking link.


How can I reset my password?

From the My Account Login page click on ‘Forgotten your Password?’ and enter your email address. If we have an account registered with that email address, you will then receive a link via email with instructions on how to reset your password.


Do you offer a curtain and blind making service?

Yes, we offer a bespoke curtain and blind make up service. Please visit our Made-to-Measure Curtains page for full details.


Is the fabric washable?

We would always recommend dry cleaning our fabrics. Please consult our Fabric Information page for further information.


What are the hanging instructions for your wallpaper?

We have put together a Wallpaper Information guide which should hopefully answer any questions you may have.


Do you offer an interior design service?

Yes, all of our shops will be happy to help create an interior design scheme for your home. We can provide a home measuring service for curtains and blinds as well as a full design service including our beautiful wallpaper, cushions, furniture, and glassware. Is your pottery microwavable and dishwasher safe?

Yes – it is fired at an extremely high temperature so is both microwave and dishwasher safe.


Can your products be put in the oven or freezer?

Except for our specified cookware (serving & lasagne dishes) our tableware is not ovenproof or suitable for the freezer. These extreme temperatures will damage your pottery.


Do you offer a wedding list service?

Yes, you can find out more about our Wedding List online, or contact us on 0344 980 8185.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas, however we cannot currently process overseas orders through our website. To place an international order please send us an email at [email protected] including:
  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Shipping address
  • Contact phone number
We will then contact you to confirm your order and take payment.

Please note: Orders for despatch to countries within the EU are subject to a minimum order value equivalent to €150, excluding shipping costs.


Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, you can buy Gift Cards online. We offer a physical Gift Card you can recieve in the post, as well as a digital Gift Card that is emailed directly to your chosen recipient. Alternatively, all of our shops sell gift cards which can redeemed in-store or online.
