When will I receive my order?
Please visit our delivery and returns page for information on shipping costs, delivery times and our returns address. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product.
You will receive a tracking link from the courier once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I track my order?
You can view the status of your order in the ‘My Account’ area, just click on ‘My Orders’.
Pending or Processing = your order has been accepted and our fulfillment team will be sending it out asap.
Complete = your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking link* from our courier APC once it has been scanned at their depot.
* Please note only standard delivery orders will receive this. Items that can be sent using Royal Mail (samples, cards etc) will not receive a tracking link.
How can I find out what my password is if I’ve forgotten it?
When you go the My Account area, click on the link ‘Forgotten your Password?’ and enter your email address. If we have an account registered with that email address, you will then receive a link via email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Do you offer a curtain and blind making service?
Yes, we offer a bespoke curtain and blind make up service. Please visit our Made to Measure Curtains page for full details.
Is the fabric washable?
We would always recommend dry cleaning our fabrics. Washing and care instructions are listed under each product.
What are the hanging instructions for your wallpaper?
We have put together a guide to hanging our wallpaper here which should hopefully answer any questions you may have.
Do you offer an interior design service?
Yes, all of our shops will be happy to help create an interior design scheme for your home. We can provide a home measuring service for curtains and blinds as well as a full design service including our beautiful wallpaper, cushions, furniture, and glassware. For more information click here.
Is your pottery microwavable and dishwasher safe?
Yes - it is fired at an extremely high temperature so is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
Can your products be put in the oven or freezer?
Except for our specified cookware (serving & lasagne dishes) our tableware is not ovenproof or suitable for the freezer. These extreme temperatures will damage your pottery.
What size tablecloth do I need for my table?
We advise that:
small (180cm x 130cm / 71" x 51") is suitable for a 4-6 seat rectangular table
medium (220cm x 140cm / 68.5" x 55") is suitable for a 6-8 seat rectangular tablev
square (180cm x 180cm / 71" x 71") is suitable for a 4-6 seat square table
large (250cm x 180cm / 98.58" x 71") is suitable for a 8-10 seat rectangular table
extra large(300cm x 180cm / 118" x 71") is suitable for a 10-12 seat rectangular table
Do you offer a wedding/gift list service?
Yes we offer a fantastic service with all of our products available.

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, you can buy Gift Cards here. The Gift Card code will be emailed directly to your chosen recipient. Alternatively all of our shops sell paper vouchers which can redeemed against any in store purchases.
Unfortunately at the moment our in-store vouchers are not transferable between the website and our shops.
