Generate a Returns Label

If you would like to return small standard box size items (up to 60x50x50cm in size and no more than10kg in weight), please fill out the returns form below. This will generate a returns label which is sent to the email address entered. You can then either download or print the label from home – apply to the parcel and drop at any of the collect+ locations. We can only accept items returned in their original packaging.

Please note : pieces of furniture, rolled rugs and large or heavy boxes (exceeding the dimensions or weight given above), are NOT included in this service.

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our usual returns procedure and note on the returns form, the item you would like to receive instead – once your return is received at our warehouse, our Customer Services will contact you to take the additional payment before your replacement item is despatched.

Please note that the cost of a returns label is £5.52. You will be asked for payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal when you complete the form. For faulty or damaged goods, please contact our warehouse directly at [email protected] .
