Delivery & Returns


In accordance with the guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England our warehouse and delivery services are not required to close and are currently operating as normal. However, if you’ve selected UK standard delivery for your order, please bear in mind that due to current circumstances, there may be delays as we continue to ensure the safety of staff across our supply chains. Our standard delivery time for in-stock items is currently 5 – 10 working days within the UK.

Express delivery is also operating as normal for orders placed Monday – Thursday before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Express Delivery within mainland UK
We have reinstated express delivery for in-stock items. Express delivery guarantees next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Unfortunately we cannot offer express delivery on bespoke, personalised or furniture deliveries.

When placing your order through the website you will be presented with the delivery options available relative to your basket contents.

Please note: our Armoire products includes an on-site assembly service and the total delivery and assembly cost is £200.

Important Information

All parcels sent by courier must be signed for on delivery. In the event that this is not possible, yours goods may be sent back to the local depot and a collection card left for you.

We occasionally offer exclusive FREE DELIVERY to our email and catalogue subscribers. This offer applies to standard UK mainland delivery only and is one use per customer, excludes trade orders. To take advantage of our exclusive offers in the future simply subscribe to our newsletters or request a catalogue

How long will my goods take to be delivered?

Please note that standard delivery time for in-stock items is currently 5 – 10 working days within the UK and we are currently unable to offer express delivery. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

For furniture orders will contact you to arrange delivery. Please view the delivery information on the product page for specific delivery times.

Please note if an item is temporarily out of stock, your entire order may be held until we receive all items.

RETURNS

At Susie Watson Designs we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We understand however that occasionally you may want to return items. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund, excluding original delivery fees. Please note, we are unable to refund the cost of returning unsuitable items or cancelled orders.

1. RETURNING ITEMS:
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please include your name and order reference, and send to:

2. DAMAGED ITEMS:
Any damages to your order must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt via email or letter. It will expedite resolution if you are able to include photographs of the damaged items. Please contact our warehouse on warehouse@susiewatsondesigns.co.uk

3. FAULTY ITEMS:
If you are returning a faulty item we will deal with your enquiry on a case by case basis. We will of course endeavour to replace the item, however if we no longer stock the item we will either find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund.


Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on the following items:

1. Unwanted items returned after 28 days from the day of receipt. 
2. Damaged items not notified to us by email within 48 hours of receipt
3. All bespoke products including made-to-measure curtains and blinds, upholstery, furniture, bed linen and personalised items.
4. Any orders of fabric by the metre
5. Gift Cards 

This does not affect your statutory rights.


If you have taken advantage of our Call & Collect service from a local store, you may return it to store. Contact your local store to arrange this. Please read the Safety Protocols on our store pages before embarking on your journey.
