Please visit our delivery and returns page for information on shipping costs, delivery times and our returns address. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product. You will receive a tracking link from the courier once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
You can view the status of your order from the
My Account page by clicking ‘My Orders’.
Pending or Processing – your order has been accepted and our fulfillment team will be sending it out asap.
Complete – your order has been shipped and you will receive a tracking link from our courier once it has been scanned at their depot.*
*Please note only standard delivery orders will receive this. Small items sent using Royal Mail (samples, cards) will not receive a tracking link.

Yes, all of our shops will be happy to help create an interior design scheme for your home. We can provide a home measuring service for curtains and blinds as well as a full design service including our beautiful wallpaper, cushions, furniture, and glassware. Yes – it is fired at an extremely high temperature so is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
Except for our specified cookware (serving & lasagne dishes) our tableware is not ovenproof or suitable for the freezer. These extreme temperatures will damage your pottery.
Yes, you can buy Gift Cards online. The Gift Card code will be emailed directly to your chosen recipient. Alternatively all of our shops sell paper vouchers which can redeemed against any in store purchases. Unfortunately at the moment our in-store vouchers are not transferable between the website and our shops.
